Role guides use maintained job profiles
Each role guide is derived from a maintained profile containing a role summary, competencies, technical and professional skills, qualification signals, four seniority levels, and evidence expectations for a strong resume.
The public page renders this structured profile. It does not publish raw AI-generated HTML, and a role title is not merely substituted into a generic software-engineering article.
Where automation is used
- The page route, default title, description, heading, internal links, and bullet frameworks are assembled from maintained structured fields.
- Administrators may use an AI provider to draft optional title and description overrides.
- Automated metadata does not replace the maintained role profile that supplies the public guide’s substantive content.
- A draft metadata record can intentionally unpublish a guide while it is under review.
Accuracy and safety standards
- Resume examples use placeholders or are explicitly labeled fictional; they are not presented as a real candidate’s history.
- Years of experience are treated as common calibration signals, not automatic proof of seniority.
- Licenses, clearance, work authorization, education, and certifications are treated as hard requirements only when the role or law requires them.
- Keyword advice must encourage truthful placement in context, not keyword stuffing or invented experience.
- Publication dates are not changed solely to make unchanged content appear fresh.
Updates and corrections
Role guides update when the underlying maintained profile or a published metadata override changes. Educational resources display their published and updated dates.
