1. The service
ATSTune is a digital service for job seekers. It provides resume upload and parsing, ATS match analysis, AI-assisted optimization, structured editing, and PDF export. Available features, point costs, and templates are those displayed in the service at the relevant time.
- AI output is writing and job-search assistance, not career, recruitment, or legal advice.
- We do not guarantee that a resume will pass an ATS, result in an interview, lead to employment, or achieve any other outcome.
- You must review all generated content and ensure it is truthful, accurate, and appropriate before sending it to an employer. The service does not apply to jobs on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. Otherwise, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
An account is for its account holder only. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or use automation to create accounts in bulk.
3. Your content and processing license
You retain the rights you hold in resumes, job descriptions, edits, and other materials you submit. To provide the parsing, analysis, optimization, storage, and export actions you request, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide and maintain the service. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for limited copies required by law, security backups, or dispute handling.
- You confirm that you have the right to submit and process the content and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Do not upload malicious code, illegal content, or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the service, such as full payment card details, government-account passwords, or medical records.
- You may not use AI output to fabricate qualifications, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or break the law.
4. AI features
When you request an analysis or optimization, relevant resume and job content may be transmitted to the third-party AI provider configured for the service. AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to results generated for other users. You must independently verify results and should not treat them as facts or professional advice.
Our optimization instructions prohibit invented experience, but automated systems cannot be guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for deciding whether to use, edit, or submit any output.
5. Points and digital delivery
Points are usage credits that can be redeemed only for designated digital features within ATSTune. They are not money, a stored-value account, or an investment and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. Free registration points are promotional credits. Purchased points are normally credited automatically after Creem confirms that the transaction is complete.
- Current point packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically.
- Points currently do not expire. If we discontinue the service or must change this under law, we will provide reasonable advance notice and comply with applicable law.
- The point cost is shown before you confirm an action. We may change the cost of future actions but will not retroactively change a completed use.
- Points deducted for a system or AI request that fails without delivering the action are returned under the service’s point logic.
6. Prices, payment, and taxes
Before purchase, the pricing and checkout pages show the point quantity, one-time price, currency, and applicable taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online authorized reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for the transaction: you purchase the product from Creem, while we make the product available under these Terms. Creem handles checkout, payment, receipts, applicable taxes, and related payment support.
Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, point-pack prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars. Creem calculates applicable tax at checkout based on your location. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, the Creem Buyer Terms, and any non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in a way that harms the service, other users, or third parties.
- Do not bypass access controls, point charges, rate limits, or security measures.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or place an unreasonable load on the service, except where law expressly permits.
- Do not access another person’s account or data without permission, spread malware, or use the service for harassment, discrimination, fraud, or illegal activity.
- Do not systematically extract the service, templates, or outputs for resale, copying, or training a competing product.
8. Our intellectual property
The service software, interface, branding, template designs, documentation, and other materials we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and exported results for personal or internal job-search purposes. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Changes and availability
We work to keep the service secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. If a change materially affects the use of purchased points, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your resumes. You may also request account or data deletion through the support email. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create a security risk, engage in suspected fraud, or if we are legally required to act.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute provisions—will survive. Termination does not automatically create refund eligibility; that remains governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and job-search results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or regulation changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the website, your account, or email. Updated Terms apply from the stated date. If you disagree, stop using the service. Continued use after the change means acceptance unless applicable law requires separate consent.
13. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without taking away any non-waivable consumer protections in your place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. You retain access to any court, regulator, or alternative dispute process available under applicable law.
14. Operator and contact
The service is operated by ATSTune. For service or Terms questions, email [email protected].
