What we are trying to improve
Most applicants do not need another unexplained score. They need to understand which requirements the resume supports, where that support appears, and which important gaps still need truthful evidence.
ATSTune compares a resume with a target job description, checks parsing and structure, locates matched keyword evidence, prioritizes gaps, and creates an editable optimization draft when requested.
Product principles
- Evidence before confidence: a matched keyword should be traceable to resume text.
- One target, one baseline: optimized versions are compared with the same frozen job requirements and scoring standard.
- Candidate control: AI-assisted additions that lack source evidence require review before export.
- No universal pass claim: the ATSTune score is a relative diagnostic, not an employer ATS score or hiring decision.
- Private career data: uploaded resumes are not published as public pages.
What ATSTune does not promise
Applicant tracking systems and employers use different configurations and hiring processes. No independent checker can guarantee that a resume will pass every ATS, receive an interview, or be selected by a recruiter.
ATSTune does not replace professional, legal, immigration, recruiting, or career advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy and suitability of every application document.
