1. Purchase and delivery
Point packs are one-time digital products, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. The price, currency, and applicable tax are shown in Creem Checkout. After payment succeeds and Creem confirms it, points are normally added to the account used for purchase within a few minutes.
- If payment completed but points have not arrived after 24 hours, contact us from your account email and include the Creem receipt or order number.
- Do not purchase the same pack again to resolve a missing order, since this may create a duplicate charge.
- An automatic return of points after a failed system or AI request is not the same as a cash refund of a point-pack purchase.
2. General refund rule
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, digital point packs that have been successfully delivered and made immediately available are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You may still submit a request within 14 days of the transaction. We review requests under local consumer law, delivery status, point usage, and the circumstances of the case. A request within 14 days does not guarantee a refund.
If some or all purchased points have been used, a refund may be declined or limited to a partial amount unless mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise. Approved transaction refunds are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.
3. Situations that may qualify
The following will normally be investigated as a priority and may qualify for a full or partial refund:
- A technical error caused a duplicate charge for the same point pack.
- An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction after reasonable verification.
- Payment succeeded but points were not delivered and we cannot restore delivery within a reasonable period.
- A persistent material technical defect prevents purchased points from being used for core features described on the pricing page, and we cannot fix it or offer a reasonable alternative.
- The product was materially not as described, not fit for its basic purpose, or applicable consumer law requires a refund.
4. Situations generally not eligible
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, refunds are generally unavailable where:
- All or a substantial part of the points have been used and the digital feature was delivered normally.
- You changed your mind, did not receive an interview or job offer, or dislike the writing style that you chose to accept. We do not guarantee job-search outcomes.
- The issue is caused by your device, network, third-party software, or another environment outside our control while the service itself remains usable.
- You breached the Terms, abused refunds, committed fraud, bypassed charging, or engaged in manipulation.
- The request is outside the period under this Policy or applicable law and there is no continuing defect or other statutory right.
5. How to request a refund
First email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request.” Include your account email, Creem order number, purchase date, reason, and screenshots or error details for a technical issue. We will verify delivery and point usage.
The Creem Buyer Terms ask buyers to contact the merchant first. If an issue remains unresolved, use the Creem Customer Portal or contact options on the Creem website. Never email a complete card number, verification code, or bank password.
6. Review and timing
We normally acknowledge a product-support request within two business days and provide or synchronize relevant transaction information with Creem. Creem may request more information to verify identity and the transaction.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on Creem, the issuing bank, and the payment method; Creem documentation says card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Points after a refund
After a full refund, we may remove points associated with the transaction; a partial refund may remove points proportionally. If points were already used, the account balance may be adjusted, access to associated paid functionality may end, or the account may be restricted until the balance issue is resolved. A refund does not remove your own resume content that you may lawfully retain, but incomplete delivery dependent on reversed points may not continue.
8. Withdrawal and consumer rights
Some countries provide statutory withdrawal or refund rights for digital content or services. Those rights may change after you expressly request immediate delivery and begin using or benefiting from the digital product. Mandatory local law overrides this Policy. If you are unsure of your rights, submit a request promptly after purchase.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
If you do not recognize a transaction or have a delivery concern, contact us or Creem support first so it can be investigated quickly. Starting a chargeback does not remove your legal rights, but related points or paid account functionality may be temporarily restricted during the investigation. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The version generally governing a transaction is the one in effect when the transaction occurred, except for later mandatory law or Creem terms that provide greater protection. We recommend saving a copy when you purchase.
